Before 2000, adults with developmental disabilities had to go outside of Orleans County to receive therapy. That’s why we created the Robert E. Waters Clinic. In the Rainbow Pre-Kindergarten program, children of all abilities are integrated in a classroom together, developing friendships and understanding in an environment that prepares them for the rigors of kindergarten and higher grades. Children ages 3-5 are eligible for Rainbow's Pre-Kindergarten program, available at our Rainbow Centers at Arnold Gregory Complex in Albion and on Liberty Street in Batavia.
