As a Life Safety Code consultant and a licensed architect, Philip C. Roath, AIA would like to help you comply with and prepare your electronic Statement of Conditions (eSOC) for your next Joint Commission survey. In the last 13 years, Philip C. Roath, AIA has worked with numerous hospitals and surgery centers to produce their Statement of Conditions (SOC) for the triennial Joint Commission Survey. The scope of this work involves reviewing previous SOC’s, touring facilities to look for deficiencies with the current NFPA 101 Life Safety Code and working with facility managers to review and confirm deficiencies. He also helps to produce the final SOC including Part 4 Plans for Improvement, modify CAD Floor Plans to add items required by Joint Commission to attach to Part 2 Building Information and attend the Facility Survey and Document Review portions of the Joint Commission survey.
