We offer a family oriented completely non-smoking 26 pool table billiard room [parlor] which is open from 9:00am to 1:00am Monday through Saturday and from 10:00am to midnight on Sundays. Our back billiard room features 9 nine foot Brunswick Centennial pool tables and a matching 10 foot Brunswick Centennial snooker table and is available for parties! January through November we host a monthly handicapped tournament series. Our tournament is unique in this area both by being handicapped and by being targeted to local area players. At the end of the year, the player who has earned the most points gets an opportunity to play Jim Lebold in a $500 match.

We are proud to announce the 2010 Great Lakes Soccer Challenge held at the Naperville Polo Club. Applications are now open for all age groups, so apply soon to ensure your team will receive the best consideration for acceptance to this year's event. The deadline for all applications will be Sunday, August 22. Girls from Galaxy's U8 team (Alexa, Avery, Delany, Emma, Maya, Mena, Natalia, Natalie, and Sophia) were winners of the Kick It 3v3 tournament, held in Naperville during July. The girls went undefeated in the local tournament, winning the championship game by a score of 8-0.

In 2009 Floyd’s remodeled the second floor. This space has proved to be a hit for crowds looking to play pool, skee-ball, air hockey, darts, and more. The space also has restrooms and a private bar. All these add up to make the second floor the ideal space to host your next birthday, class reunion, or holiday party. Floyd’s Thirst Parlor was established in 2002 to bring another option to the nightlife scene in the downtown of Springfield, Illinois. There were other bars in this area at the time but the the owners envisioned a new bar that would be comparable to some of the establishments they had visited on vacations. The building that would house Floyd's had some interesting history.

In the early 1960’s. the Village of Glen Ellyn set out to build a combination public golf course and storm water detention system on 170 acres in the southern part of town. In those days, the typical public golf course measured several hundred yards shorter than advertised, had unwatered fairways, and had few sand and water hazards. There were no roughs, as all turf was mowed at the same height. With encouragement from Glen Ellyn’s Village Administrator Bill Galligan and former Trustee George Winchell, who was the driving force behind the effort to develop a golf course in Glen Ellyn, golf course architect David Gill of St. Charles, IL designed an 18-hole course that was ahead of its time.
