Remove aerator from faucet where the sample is to be drawn. The faucet should be flushed briefly then flamed. Care should be taken not to damage any rubber or plastic parts of the faucet. The water sample you collect must have no scent of chlorine and the container you collect the sample in should be obtained from Patton Harris Rust and Associates. Do not rinse out bottle.
