ACR Group management provides both strategic vision and operating guidance and direction and also develops and coordinates national vendor relationships. ACR Group also performs certain general administrative functions, including information technology, treasury management, employee benefits administration and risk management. Business unit managers are directly responsible for all aspects of customer sales and service and are empowered to decide almost any operating issue.
