Becoming a patient at the Advanced Fertility Center of Chicago is as simple as setting up your first appointment or long distance consultation. We have many "out of town" and out of state patients that prefer to travel to an in vitro fertilization clinic with high IVF success rates and reasonable IVF costs, rather than have the IVF procedures done in a local in vitro fertilization center. People have come from many states in the U.S. to have their IVF or egg donation treatment cycle at the Advanced Fertility Center of Chicago. About 15% of our in vitro fertilization patients do not live in our area. This page provides details about the options for coming to us for in vitro fertilization procedures if you do not reside in our area.

At your first appointment you can expect:

Comprehensive evaluation of uterus and ovaries with 3D ultrasound; Review previous fertility treatments with one of our fertility specialist doctors; Discuss testing and treatment options and formulate a treatment plan with your doctor.

Included services in our IVF cost:

Ovarian stimulation monitoring, Anesthesia for egg retrieval, Egg retrieval procedure, Fertilization and culture of the eggs, Embryo transfer procedure, All physician, IVF lab, and facility fees associated with in vitro fertilization.

Excluded services - not included in our IVF costs:

Pre-IVF screening tests, Medications, Embryo or sperm freezing or storage - these are optional services, Pregnancy testing and monitoring of early pregnancy, Consultations with the physician.
