Staff are reference and background checked, tested specific to their stated areas of expertise to verify knowledge and skills, and have all appropriate healthcare requirements. Our COO/CNO has been a past CNO at an acute care facility in Southern California and participates in every hire and all evaluations. She is a member of the ACNL Quality Care and Patient Safety Committee and is a quality focused leader. A member of our Leadership Team is available to speak to client facilities and address issues which may arise with our staff 24/7.

Since our in house staffing coordinators are available to assist you 24 hours per day, 365 days per year you know you can count on us to always be there. When dealing with AMP you will never speak to an answering service. If we have not filled your request, we will stay in contact with your facility until we have exhausted all options or until you are able to fill your request through another resource. We have multiple software systems and VMS relationships to support your needs quickly.
