Adventure Animal Hospital is a general veterinary practice, catering to a wide range of animals, including dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles and birds with a special interest in Guinea Pigs. The hospital is run by its owner and sole practitioner, Dr. Frank Bonsack. He established the hospital in 1976, and has been providing compassionate, quality veterinary care for 33 years.

Adventure Animal Hospital is a caring and friendly practice, where doctor and staff focus on their patients health and comfort. The hospital is located on 2 acres of wooded land in the middle of the Town N' Country area of Northwest Tampa, Florida.

We treat a wide range of animals including dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, birds. Dr Bonsack has a special interest in guinea pigs. Adventure Animal Hospital is equipped to provide all medical, surgical, dental and radiology services.

Some holistic therapies are available: Dr Bonsack can perform cranial sacral therapy and facilitated pathway intervention (FPI).

Dr Frank A Bonsack received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida and his D. V. M. degree from Auburn University (1972). He has 37 years of veterinary experience, and established Adventure Animal Hospital in 1976. Dr. Bonsack is married, has 3 adult children (2 daughters, 1 son) and 4 grandchildren. He has one pet dog, a Welsh Corgi named Dylan, 6 years old. He also looks after the hospital cat, Luvy, who is 21 years old.
