Short profile:
Aero Bending manufactures custom metal tube and sheet metal fabrications for a number of Fortune 500 companies in the aerospace market and a variety of commercial sectors, tube fabricating and bending services and products, including fabricating and bending tools, equipment, machinery and complete engineering and tooling, square tube and round tube fabricating and bending services, manual tube bending machines and fabricated tubular parts sheet metal
Detailed description:
Aero Bending was founded in 1944 within the greater Los Angeles area where it performed tube bending services for a number of aerospace and commercial customers in the southern California area. Over the next 50 years, the company quickly established a reputation for strong product quality and an ability to perform difficult fabrications. It developed an expertise in bending tight tolerance tube assemblies, specializing in 1D radius configurations in a variety of material specifications.
In 1997, the company was relocated an hour north to a new 26, 000 square foot facility in Lancaster California, where it continued to expand its customer base and product offerings. In 2000, Aero Sheet Metal was acquired and integrated into the Lancaster location which complimented the tubing process and expanded the scope of services available to the market.
Today, Aero Bending manufactures custom metal tube and sheet metal fabrications for a number of Fortune 500 companies in the aerospace market and a variety of commercial sectors.
In April of 2008, Aero Bending was acquired by Bob Burns, an executive with 17 years of tube bending experience in the aerospace industry
