air exchangers..anything you want to know....
Mary V.Talked to Mike today all about air exchange systems and he was extremely helpful. He explained how the house breathes... if one has foam insulation, how it effects air quality. He explained how they work, how they are installed, how to clean, the best kind to get.. how much they cost and labor to install.
If financially able to do this at this time, it would be a wonderful way to go!
For a small house a unit is about 700 more or less and to install about 1300 or so...so total cost would be about 2000 for unit and installation. They are easy to clean and maintain and parts easy to replace if needed. I would definitely hire him to install this product in the future!
