ALLIED STEEL CONSTRUCTION CO

Allied Steel Erection Company of Oklahoma City was founded in 1939 by George Gamble. The company worked on small steel erection projects within the State of Oklahoma with equipment that consisted of gin poles, winch trucks and stiff legged derricks. During the 1950s, Allied Steel expanded their steel erection market from Oklahoma to the surrounding states by moving into larger erection projects such as churches, schools, cotton gins and manufacturing plants. They also expanded their equipment to include some 25 Ton to 30 Ton American Cable Cranes.
