Products:

Loma -

Our original plaster, Loma brings rich textures and rustic charm to any room. Capable of both subtle matte striations of color as well as heavily textured depth and complexity, Loma is a highly versatile and adaptable finish well-suited for a wide variety of styles. Loma's easy-to-apply nature, range of applications and natural beauty make it an excellent choice for both first-time homeowners and established designers.

Made from a variety of clays, aggregate, mineral pigments and a non-toxic mold inhibitor, Loma serves as the primary base for each American Clay plaster. Mica chips, shredded straw, recycled colored glass and other additives are also available to enhance the surface of our Loma plaster.

Porcelina -

With a smooth, rich finish, Porcelina imbues an area with the elegance and sophistication of marble. The sleek, most smooth finish we offer, Porcelina invokes the majesty of the Venetian masters, providing color and texture you can become lost in for hours. Ideal for decadent designs as well as for the Old World European feel of a secluded villa, Porcelina offers a superior look to acrylic and lime finishes without the need for sanding or buffing.

Marittimo -

Crushed seashells grant Marittimo a soft, speckled look and texture. Despite the delicate and subtle appearance, the seashell aggregate makes Marittimo the most durable of all our finishes. Inspired by the colors and temperament of the Mediterranean, Marittimo reminds of the warm, calming beauty of the ocean and brings the live and tranquility of the beach into your home.

Enjarre -

Designed for commercial projects, Enjarre is an easy-to-apply, easy-to-repair plaster that can spray-applied in a single pass. Enjarre readily bonds drywall, masonry, plasterboard and existing painted surfaces while providing the same high-end, natural finish as all American Clay products. Made from 70 percent recycled content, this plaster comes in eight attractive colors and can achieve a variety of textures and stylized finishes.

Lime Putty -

American Clay has released a pure high-calcium lime putty to be used in conjunction with their line of award-winning earth plasters – Loma, Porcelina, Marittimo, and Enjarre. Clay plasters are a natural alternative to many wall-coverings available on the market, and have many benefits, including breathability, mold & mildew resistance, and humidity-buffering qualities.
