Toby’s Vacuum Truck Service was founded in 1989 and is the leading tank truck service company in Colorado’s Piceance Basin. The Piceance Basin is one of the nation's largest unconventional natural gas plays where drilling targets the prolific tight gas sands of the basin, with wells averaging over 30 years of production.

Toby’s has the largest fleet in the Piceance Basin providing fresh water to drilling operators and production waste water hauling services to thousands of producing wells in the area.

The combination with Anchor provides Toby’s the ability to continue to grow in lockstep with customers whose water hauling requirements increase as they drill approximately one well per week. The addition of Toby’s provides Anchor with a production service business with strong leadership and strong potential for continued growth with a loyal customer base.

Toby’s customers are committed to environmental stewardship and the majority of the produced water is recycled for use in their operations as additional long-life wells are completed.
