At Animal Emergency & Referral Hospital, we support your family veterinarian by providing veterinary emergency care during the times when your family veterinarian is unavailable -- evenings, weekends and holidays.

We provide sophisticated state-of-the-art diagnostics, medical treatment and surgical procedures for pets requiring immediate attention and critical care services for patients that require overnight monitoring.

Working together with your family veterinarian, we are dedicated to helping you understand your pet’s problems and the options for treatment.Specialty elective surgery consultations and services are available daily by appointment. Our residency-trained surgeon has had extensive training and experience in various orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries. We are able to provide elective and emergency surgical procedures for a wide variety of conditions. Our surgeon is available daily for consultations with you and/or your family veterinarian.

Our Specialty Surgical Services include:

Orthopedic Surgery; Soft Tissue Surgery; Oncologic/Cancer Surgery; Thoracic/Cardiac Surgery.

Neurosurgery Our Emergency and Critical Care Services are available during the evening and weekend hours when your family veterinarian’s office is closed. If your pet requires emergency surgery, diagnostics tests, transfusions, oxygen therapy or critical care our doctors can take immediate action. Our skilled staff can provide the round-the-clock care for all patients admitted into our hospital. We have 24/7 telephone access to board-certified emergency and critical care specialists for consultation in complicated cases. We offer compassionate care for all dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and pocket pets.

Trauma, Toxicity, Disease/illness, Critical Care transfer from your family veterinarian.
