Short profile:
Consumers participating in the Employment Plus program will be provided with the necessary services, supports and follow-up to ensure job retention, job satisfaction, maximum earnings and employer satisfaction. Prior to an individual, group or commercial services placement, all consumers will receive the benefits of The Arc Fresno's pre-employment services. Each consumer will participate in a comprehensive pre-employment screening, evaluation and assessment to identify areas of employment interest and to determine training goals and skills needed to ensure successful job placement. Listed are some of local employers who are employing people with disabilities: Air National Guard, Fresno Flood Control District, Hewitts Catering, Savemart stores, Savemart Center/Ovations (concession stands), Fresno Unified School District, Taco Bell, Burger King, Silver Crest Retirement, Denny's Arby's .
