Services offered by Architecture Incorporated include land planning, master planning, architectural design, interior design, and historic preservation.

Architectural services include determining programmatic requirements, schematic design, design development, graphic design depicting the final design in a computer rendered or 3-D format, developing documents for construction, integrating appropriate structural, mechanical and electrical systems into a comprehensive construction document package, bidding and contract administration.

Founded in 1976, Architecture Incorporated has offices in Sioux Falls and Rapid City, South Dakota. We have firmly established our reputation as a regional leader in innovative and award-winning design.

Project delivery methods include traditional design-bid-build, fast-track, and design-build. The firm also has experience working with owners using a construction manager.

Interior design services are tailored to meet our clients' needs. We assist clients with space planning, the selection of interior finishes, furniture and equipment. Our designers work closely with the client and building design team.

Historic preservation and rehabilitation are an important facet of our practice. We work with our clients in determining the best use for historic spaces while respecting the historical character of the site. We research original building materials used, and recommend ways to restore and preserve historic finishes using modern techniques.

When designing for a client with a historical building, several factors must be addressed: social and economic values, interior use of the building, ADA regulations, building codes, material use and maintenance, and many more. We offer design services ranging from historical consulting to full blown A/E services for buildings such as the University of South Dakota's Old Main in Vermillion, South Dakota.
