ASHLEY ARMS APARTMENTS

Ashley Arms Apartments is located near Rtes 91 and 5, near major shopping areas and next to a fitness club, making our location very convenient.

We require an approved application for each adult, a security deposit, and the first month's rent, prior to moving in. Our two bedroom apartments include heat, hot water, electric, water, sewer and trash removal.

All residents moving in after June 2008 will enjoy their own non-smoking apartment homes.

We have off street parking, a nice laundry facility, picnic areas and a pool. Each apartment has a stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, a full bathroom, cable hookup, an eat in kitchen with plenty of cabinets, air conditioning, wall to wall carpet in the living room, hall and bedrooms, and lots of closets. Many of our apartments have new kitchen cabinets and a dishwasher as well. All apartments have new windows!! We have a 24 hour emergency maintenance service as well.

We offer 12 month leases.

We accept up to two indoor house cats per apartment, with a $10 additional monthly rent charge per cat.
