The Ambulatory Care Network has 12 practices that offer primary care and over 65 specialty services. The ACN operates an Urgicare Center, 7 School-Based Health Centers, 4 Women, Infants, Children (WIC) sites, and 20 nutritional centers. Also, access to affordable pharmaceutical benefits is available for eligible Medicare patients at our community practices through our Pharmacy Assistance Program. At the ACN we emphasize the importance of preventive health care and promoting wellness through health education.
