Atlanta Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center is a nationally recognized treatment facility for athletic injuries and cartilage repair. We are known for being the team doctors for the NFL Atlanta Falcons football team and the NHL Atlanta Thrashers hockey team, but most of our care is provided to amateur athletes and patients who encounter knee, shoulder, elbow, hip and ankle injuries. Our orthopedic surgeons are certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Our surgeons have developed innovative methods for arthroscopic shoulder repair, ligament reconstruction, cartilage restoration and meniscal repair and transplantation. They are proficient in all arthroscopic and open surgery procedures for sports medicine, having conducted our own clinical research as well as completing specialized training in prestigious orthopedic training programs.
