ATX PERSONAL FITNESS


Short profile:

ATX Personal Fitness is a personal training studio started by Dean and Nick Mosmeyer in 2007. We strive to create an environment where the needs and goals of the clients are the top priority. For the past few years we have been training at a drug and alcohol recovery center. Training consisted of groups of 10-15 men and women with varying levels of fitness, ranging from major injuries such as broken backs to dislocated shoulders to collegiate athletes playing Division 1 Football, soccer, and hockey. During the Gym's tenure, our clientele has exceeded more than 400 people. This experience has given us the knowledge and know-how that would take most trainers a lifetime to accumulate. We both spend several hours a week reading and educating ourselves about the latest nutrition, exercise, the body and how to get the results YOU want.
