Axner Excavating, Inc. is family owned, operated, and has been doing business in the Northstate since 1967.

Ed and Sandy Axner started doing small jobs for homeowners and contractors when a contract consisted of a handshake. Honest hard work and determination has made the company thrive and grow to make Axner Excavating, Inc. what it is today.

In the early 1990's, Ed and Sandy Axner incorporated the business with their children, Eddie Axner, Julie Barnes, and Cyndee Loucks. Their family business was soon outgrowing their home location and they built and opened their current yard and shop on Old Oregon Trail in Redding, California.

Axner Excavating, Inc. has put together a well trained, experienced crew. They run an efficient, well maintained work place and take great pride in the fact that many of these employees have worked together for years. They still operate on honest hard work and determination taking on the small jobs to the very large, from the homeowner to being the general contractor.
