This innovative stroller-fitness program helps moms regain or enhance pre-pregnancy fitness levels and meet the physical challenges of parenting by emphasizing strength training in a supportive environment. Today, Baby Boot Camp classes are available across the U.S., Canada and Australia. Franchise opportunities are available throughout the U.S. and abroad.

Born out of necessity, Baby Boot Camp arrived shortly after Kristen Horler's first child in August 2001. Horler searched the San Francisco Bay Area for a postnatal fitness class. After extensive research, she was unable to find a challenging workout that didn't require hiring a personal trainer and a babysitter or purchasing a gym membership. Drawing from her experience as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, triathlete and mother, she developed Baby Boot Camp to balance the fitness needs of new moms with their desire to spend time with their baby.
