    Usually the sellers are kind in every shop until they sell the product, but after that tend to ignore you if you have any problem. It was a pleasant surprize when I found out, that these guys keep their promises. I bought here a washing machine, but it broke down after a few weeks. I came back and they gave me a new one. It is not their fault that there are faulty items among the merchandise, but they take seriously the warranty. This is why I give them 5 stars.
