We can help with the LEED certification; an organization’s participation in the voluntary and technically rigorous LEED process demonstrates leadership, innovation and environmental stewardship.
The Construction Management (CM) method of project delivery is a concept that began to be 'officially' recognized in the 60’s. This method replaces the adversarial relationships between the owner and contractor in the traditional method with one of cooperation and teamwork. The contractor is selected early in the process on the basis of trust, confidence, and relationship, with criteria such as experience, performance and past success being evaluated. Construction Management promotes a team approach with the Owner, Architect, and contractor to facilitate efficient design, good communication, quality construction, and lasting value in a project. The owner receives the experienced services of a pre-construction manager combined with the advantage and protection of a general contractor.
The Design/Build approach of construction allows the owners to contract with a firm to provide both design and construction services. This approach replaces the traditional method of awarding separate contracts for design and construction. With Design/Build, the contractor and architect/engineer work together as a team in serving the owner’s needs during construction.
Build to lease, sometimes known as lease/buyback, is an approach to meeting your building needs in which you work with a builder or developer to build a new facility to your specifications and then is leased back to you for an agreed upon period of time.
