Before & After, Inc. is totally dedicated to helping people think creatively. Although every client's needs are unique, below are some of our core services designed by Before & After founder, Tom Monahan, which are most often incorporated into custom programs.

The engine of most of our work is our highly acclaimed creative thinking workshop, The Do-it-Yourself Lobotomy. This high-energy, skills-building program runs anywhere from one to six hours. The shorter version is ideal to kick off meetings, or as a prelude to other B&A sessions. The longer workshop is usually its own skills-and-team-building program.

Our FlashFlood Brainstorming is a high-output, proven ideation method which will bring fresh, big thinking to major challenges or opportunities that you may be facing. We've had great success in areas such as new product development, positioning, naming and promotion -- generating hundreds, often thousands of fresh ideas in as little as half a day.
