I fell in love with Athens and The University of Georgia as a child and never considered any other place for my college degree. I came to the University of Georgia in 1972 from Monticello, Georgia. Both of my parents attended UGA as did all four of my siblings. I graduated magna cum laude in 1976 from the Henry W. Grady School of Journalism and immediately began to look for work that would allow me to make my home in Athens. I worked for The Athens Banner-Herald and Daily News, Colonial Press and the wonderful Athens Observer Newspaper before I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Belleman when he was looking for a manager for his new store in 1983. I am so happy that he chose me to work with him and learn this business that I enjoy so much.

I managed the business from 1983 to 1990 and then bought out the business in 1990. I briefly considered changing the name, but decided that the unusual name fit our special niche in Athens. I am so happy to be able to be apart of this great community and to be able to work with so many great organizations that make up this town.

After 25 years, I still enjoy helping people solve their problems. I love to find a "better way" for my business customers and help them spend time growing their own businesses instead of fighting the office copier. We work hard to be a good partner for all of our clients.
