BELL INSPECTION SERVICES

You have made your choice for a new home. Now you need a

PrePurchase Home Inspection to insure that there are no

unknown major expenses. You probably have some questions

Maintenance Inspection- This inspection will help you protect

one of your biggest investments. I will identify defects that

should be addressed. I will also offer maintenance suggestions

that will prolong the life of systems in the home.

any others that you may have. My home inspection is also an

education about the new home that you want to purchase.

In most cases you will not meet me before you hire me.

Mold Inspection- I will be looking for red flags that indicate that

there could be a mold problem. The inspection will identify

areas where water intrusion has occurred. Water intrusion is the

main reason for a mold problem in a home. I take air and swab

samples to send off to a lab for analysis.
