Richard Berge started Berge Building & Contracting, Inc. in 1991 in Lee County, "We are a family owned. Our mission is to provide you, our customer, with an outstanding value for your investment and to deliver exceptional customer service."

Richard has been building homes for over 28 years. He has a General Contractors license and his business model is built on communication with his customers & direct access to the home builder whenever requested. Richard can build commerical buildings, multi-family duplexes and fourplexes as well as single family homes.

Richard puts family first. A husband of one wife and parent of four children. Three sons and a daughter who all help with the business. We know your thinking "He's to young to be a granparent!" Richard is a grandparent and now has 3 grandchildren. The latest addition "Boston" a grandson who was born on July 27th, 2006. To parents Brain and Krista Berge.

When it comes to conversation Richard is very easy to talk with and great listener. He is very knowledgable about the construction industry, especially southwest florida.
