From that one office, Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty has grown to become the premier real estate broker in the Greater Hudson Valley, with over 23 offices and almost 800 agents covering Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, Dutchess, and Sullivan Counties. As the company has grown, so has Marsha’s family, with her sons Greg, Matt, and Joe now running the day-to-day operations of what is one of the largest and most successful family-owned and operated real estate brokers in the country.
