We enjoy designing homes that are based on the client's ideas and the unique characteristics of the homesite. Our portfolio includes an eclectic mix of homes: small homes that are comfortable for one person, homes for big families, and a range of sizes in between. We can design additions that will either blend or contrast with the existing structure, depending on the client's wishes, and we'll coordinate renovations that breathe new life into an older home. Our designers are comfortable working with a wide array of architectural programs, aesthetic styles, and contextual considerations, resulting in homes that make a good fit with their owners and their environments.

Georgia Bizios, FAIA, and Brian Grant, AIA, personally coordinate each project, from the schematic design stage to helping clients choose a contractor, and they follow the home's progress until it is completed.
