Sunbolts is the brand of BizLink's solar energy connectivity solutions, started as part of BizLink's long term corporate goal to be a part of the global movement for new clean energy. Sunbolts main activity is located in BizLink's headquarter in Fremont California from where the development of its products are controlled. Being a part of BizLink, Sunbolts have the advantage of using BizLink's long experience and expertise in connector and cable assembly industries. Sunbolts have now released a complete series of innovative interconnect solutions for Photovoltaic Modules and more solutions are on the way.

Sunbolts have a complete set of junction boxes for crystalline modules (standard modules) that uses between 3 to 6 rails. There are two sizes for the box where the 4-Rail can be used for both 3-Rail and 4-Rail module connection and the bigger 6-Rail one can be used for both 4-Rail and 6-Rail.

These two Standard 4-Rail and Standard 6-Rail boxes uses an insertion type connection for the ribbon connection to the panel. This makes it faster and easier to connect to the module in the production line.

Our connectors are very rugged and can withstand harsh weather as well as tough utilization. They have a robust snap in and lock function that prevent them from disconnecting under load, all in compliance with current safety guide lines. These connectors can easily be mounted on our cables or on our junction boxes by using a multifunctional tool specifically developed for these connectors in usage with our junction boxes and cables.
