Visiting hours are 2:00 – 9:00 PM daily. Blake Medical Center is 383 bed full service hospital, offering a full spectrum of health care services. We are a leading provider of acute care in Manatee County. Our highly skilled team of hospital professionals deliver a comprehensive range of services, from open heart surgery and oncology, to our weight loss solutions program and health education. There are over 400 independent physicians on staff. The Spine Care Clinic sees back and neck pain patients from Bradenton, Sarasota and the surrounding areas. The clinic provides diagnoses and non-surgical treatment options. Patients requiring surgery receive care in a hotel-like setting in our inpatient Spine Care Center. The Joint Care Center at Blake Medical Center belongs to a network of HCA affiliate hospitals designed to improve the outcomes of orthopedic patients throughout west Florida.

The Cancer Care program at Blake Medical Center combines advanced diagnosis and treatment with compassionate care for individuals fighting most types of cancer. Our program has been accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer since 1988. Blake Medical Center provides 24-hour Emergency Services to area residents. The Emergency Department is staffed by Board Certified Emergency Physicians as well as Mid Level Practitioners. The Nursing Staff in the Emergency Department are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) as well as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for major emergencies. The Heart Institute at Blake Medical Center is respected in the area for providing comprehensive cardiac care services to the community. The Heart Institute employs sophisticated technology and aggressive intervention in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Our superior cardiac program combines the talents of cardiologists, cardiac surgeons and other highly skilled staff who are dedicated to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of heart disease. Blake Medical Center's Stroke Program is certified an Advanced Primary Stroke Center by the Joint Commission. This certification means our program complies with the highest national standards for safety and quality care in the rapid-response and treatment of acute stroke patients.
