BOND REVIEW INCORPORATED

The President of Bond Review, Inc., Mark McNeil, started his career as a CPA. In 1989, he formed Guardian Communications, Inc. a company that then purchased five radio stations.

Bond Review, Inc. is a non-partisan for-profit company that analysis bond issues, levies and tax matters

affecting property owners.

Bond Review, Inc. offers subscriptions to underwrite the cost of analysis and distribution.

Guardian's radio group subsequently grew to nine stations in five rated markets (four in Albuquerque.) Guardian sold all nine stations for a substantial profit in the late 90's. Mr. McNeil, a six year resident of Albuquerque, saw the need for an independent non-partisan analysis of upcoming bond issues, tax levies and related fiscal issues because most bond issues pass without any substantial debate. Bond Review, Inc. hopes to extend it's analysis to other counties, not only in New Mexico, but throughout the United States.
