Bradley Construction has been selected to construct the new 10, 000 sf Service Facility for the Clearwater, FL nonprofit organization, Homeless Emergency Project. The building will serve as offices for the staff and meeting facilities for the clients of HEP. The state of the art building will be steel construction with design parameters sufficient to meet or exceed the LEEDS Silver Standard for a Green Building.

Detailed description:

EARLY COMPLETION: Bradley is on track to complete two projects in Orlando two months ahead of the twelve month schedule. The projects include a 64, 000 sf four story elderly building and a 64 unit townhome project.

Green Builders: As a member of the US Green Building Coalition, Bradley continues to pursue and support green building throughout Florida. The Vice President of Bradley Construction, Charlie Hunt, serves as our LEEDS Accredited Professional.

GOLD MEDAL: Congratulations to Anna Tunnicliffe, the wife of a Bradley staff member, for winning the Gold Medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Anna won her medal in the sport of Laser Sailboat Racing.
