Planning
We can assist you in planning for a new facility, an expansion or a renovation of an existing facility by conducting a detailed analysis of your physical plant needs.

Feasibility studies
Facility programming statements to determine facility function and size
Existing facility engineering analysis including structural, mechanical, electrical plumbing and site engineering
Site evaluation
Cost estimating & life cycle cost analysis
We provide comprehensive architectural design services based on a systematic and client-centered approach involving listening sessions, workshops, meetings, building tours and research.
Includes:
Establishing program statement outlining all space needs as well as project goals and objectives
Development of conceptual project budgets
Preparation of schematic design sketches, models and renderings illustrating design concepts and solutions in hand-drawn, computer-generated or physically built formats
Preparation of design development documentation
Preparation of construction documents and specifications
Assistance with bidding process or contractor negotiation
Interior Design
We offer interior design, space planning, furniture layout and furniture design as stand alone services for those clients who may be considering occupying space in an existing building or may be looking at expanding or rearranging their existing space.
