Established in 1951, Bridgers & Paxton is a full-service mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering firm. B&P has offices in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas. The firm currently has over 130 employees including 35 professional engineers who are licensed in 29 states.

Today, B&P is rated as one of the "Top 100" Mechanical/Electrical consulting engineering firms in the nation. We are a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and an Energy Star Participating Organization. B&P specializes in the assessment, analysis, engineering and design of energy-conservation technologies for buildings.

Many staff members hold "L" and "Q" DOE security clearances.
