We are current members of the North East Central Association of REALTORS, (NECAR), the Missouri Association of REALTORS (MAR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), and were past members of the Central Missouri Board of REALTORS, (CMBR). The CMBR did recognize Mark Brizendine as 2003 "REALTOR OF THE YEAR". Mark received this highly coveted award and an engraved plaque at the 14th Annual CMBR Awards Banquet held April 21, 2004. Mark served a term in 2003 as a Director of the CMBR, and then served as 2004 Vice President of that Board, and on December 8, 2004 Mark Brizendine was sworn in as 2005 President-Elect of the CMBR. On December 7, 2005, Mark Brizendine was sworn in as 2006 President of the CMBR, and he served as Immediate Past President in 2007. Mark served a term in 2006 as a State Director for the Missouri Association of REALTORS. Mark also received the 2003 & 2008 CMBR Award of Excellence Summit Level, and in 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007, Mark received the CMBR Award of Excellence Pinnacle Level for meeting certain sales and listing productivity quotas, and he has been privileged to attend Leadership Conferences and Professional Standards Seminars of the Missouri Association of REALTORS.
