In order to ensure this, we have two full time admissions personnel able to help you. Our goal is to provide you prompt and courteous responses to your admission inquiry. We individually conduct a review of medical history and a personal interview. This helps us determine how each guest can best be placed. Broomfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center's short-term rehabilitation team is staffed with highly trained professionals including clinical coordinators, physicians, dieticians, occupational and physical therapists, speech and language pathologists, recreation specialists, and additional support staff. A variety of health care professionals work with patients during their time with us. They include case managers, physicians, dieticians and nutritionists, social and emotional therapists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and a certified interdisciplinary team is dedicated to us ensuring that all of their needs are met.
