BROTHERHOOD OF LOCOMOTIVE ENGINEERS AND TRAINMEN

The Mission of the WSLB-BLE is to educate, communicate, and represent the safety interests of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen in Washington State. The Board does this by working with the Federal Railroad Administration, the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission, and the various railroads in Washington. We also represent the interests of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen in the Washington State Legislature, and we work through the BLET National Legislative Representative to represent the interests of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen in the US Congress.

If you are an engineer or trainperson in Washington State, we invite you to bring your safety related questions and concerns to your division Legislative Representative (LR). Each division LR can be contacted from information available on this Web site. Your division LR can help you to find the answer to your question or concern. The LR might do this by progressing your question or concern to the person who can help you to resolve any problems you have.
