Urgent Care Hours:

Monday - Thursday 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Friday 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Sundays - Holidays 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Urgent Care is for people of all ages starting at 3 months of age.

Medical treatment for non- life-threatening, unforeseen illnesses and injuries when you can’t be seen by your primary care physician. Urgent Care is available on a first-come, first-served, walk-in basis and offices are open in the evenings and on weekends — typically when your physician’s office is not.

Like a trusted friend and neighbor, we have been taking care of the Buffalo community since 1951.

As our community has grown, so have we.

In 1979, we moved to our present facility on Highway 25 to provide our patients with expanded services and more doctors. Because we believe community health care has no boundaries — we also opened clinics in nearby Monticello and Albertville – St. Michael to take care of the growing population in these areas.

Today, we are poised to continue our commitment to take care of you — by providing the most up-to-date primary and specialty health care services available. To deliver those services, we are fortunate to have some of the most outstanding and dedicated physicians, nurses and other professionals available.
