The Buffalo Medical Group After Hours Care Center, 295 Essjay Road, Williamsville, NY, offers convenient evening and Saturday hours for all BMG patients’ non-emergency medical needs. The Center is open Monday through Friday from 5 to 9 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm.

The BMG expanded After Hours Care Center services to our 3345 Southwestern Boulevard in Orchard Park. Services are available there from 9 am to 1 pm every Saturday.

For a non-emergency medical need that requires attention after regular BMG office hours (Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm), please contact your primary care physician to schedule an appointment. The 24-hour BMG telephone number is (716) 630-1000, and an operator is available at all times to contact your primary care physician or the covering physician.

Following your visit to the Center, a detailed report of your evaluation and prescribed treatment will be sent to your primary care physician. This will assist your doctor in planning follow-up care.
