California Coast Medical Center is a Family Practice and places it's attention and emphasis on the patient. We believe each individual is an important part of our business. The doctor feels it is important to listen to the patient and understand the problem from their perspective. Then provide them with the information to make an informed decision regarding their treatment plan.

The office has a staff of three medical assistance, two licensed physical therapist, and an X-Ray technician, with an in-house CLIA certified lab, X-Ray machine, and Physical Therapy equipment.

Dr. Kockinis is a bilingual Family practitioner, practicing for over 20 years in the Southern California area. He is an Associate Professor at USC Division of Nursing for Nurse Practitioners. Dr. Kockinis is involved in over 150 research projects and medical studies. He is the Chairperson for the FDA Institutional Review Board for Fountain Valley Regional Hospital, with over 25 medical staff members, of physicians and nurses, responsible for reviewing new drugs and medical procedures in compliance with FDA standards for good medical practice.

California Coast Medical Center's Weight Control and Management program provides a structured, multiple track plan for diet and weight loss, designed for each individual.
