Our newly remodled care center is located in the heart of Utah in Nephi. Our 100 bed care center provides quality nursing and personal care and we apply it with courtesy and compassion. Our reverence for life emphasizes the sacred individuality of each person we serve.

Residents are our first priority and we are committed to meet the physical and emotional need of each individual in our care. We specialize in short-term rehabilitation services for those individuals seeking transitional care from a recent acute care hospital stay and we have a secured Memory Care Unit. Daily activities are designed to satisfy the mind and body. Working together our staff, residents and volunteers create a sense of community that seeks to uphold and affirm the dignity and the joy of life. No two people are the same. Providing just the right amount of support and care is important.
