Capital Well Company was founded in 1986 by

Terry Swain and Mike Dragon. Terry and Mike first "got their feet wet" in the well-drilling industry while they were high school students. In the years following, they dedicated themselves to learning all they could about the science of water - where to find it, how to find it, and how to make it the best quality available. They also learned what it takes to make a customer happy. When they eventually formed their own Company, they knew they would be able to offer a customer-conscious company; one which would serve families, builders, and contractors to the highest standards.
