We perform thorough evaluations, reviewing the patient’s history, examination, and diagnostic imaging studies to determine the appropriate conservative measures. Once all conservative treatments have been exhausted, our spine team will determine the appropriate surgical procedure. The vast majority of patients do not require surgical intervention. We provide surgical and non surgical care for conditions including but not limited to: Herniated Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumbar Disc; Degenerative Disc; Spinal Deformity (Scoliosis, Ankylosing Spondylitis); Spine Fractures Spinal Stenosis (narrowing); Spondylolisthesis (slipping of the vertebra); Spinal Tumor; Spinal Infections; Neurological deficits. We work together with a multidisciplinary team to provide a conservative treatment plan. These include: Physical therapy and home exercise program, Medications Heat and Ice therapy, Injections (epidural, nerve block, facet joint), Acupuncture, TENS unit (muscle stimulator). Our renowned surgeon has advanced training in the latest in technology. Our methods of treatment have been developed to reduce surgical trauma and pain and to accelerate recovery. These include, but are not limited to the following: Microdiscectomy, Lumbar Laminectomy, Cervical Laminoplasty, Fusion (Cervical or Lumbar), Kyphoplasty, Minimally Invasive Surgery (X-STOP, XLIF).
