As the weather is steaming and our kids are spending more time outside, it is time to be thinking of sun protection!

Important aspects are sun protection and hydration. Helpful age-appropriate advice can be found from the American Academy of Pediatrics HERE.

Pools will also be opening soon, grass will be growing and bugs will be biting. Safety is our first concern while the kids are out playing and enjoying -well- being kids. Information on pool safety, lawnmowers, bike safety and bug protection can be found HERE.

Summertime is also a very popular time for parents to bring there kids in for camp physicals and sports physicals, or simply for their regular yearly exam. Our offices are ready for the rush! You might consider calling soon to schedule those yearly exams before the summer slips away!
