Castle Community Care was established in 1999 as a division of Castle Home Care to provide non-traditional home care programs and services to the community.

Castle Community Care services include:

Private duty, Nursing Home–Without–Walls personal care and nutritional counseling, Respite services for families of medically fragile children in your home, HealthWatch personal emergency response systems, allowing clients 24-hour, two-way communication in case of an emergency.

Castle Medical Center’s Imaging Services offers a complete range of diagnostic and interventional procedures. Our staff of registered radiologic technologists, board-certified radiologists, registered nurses, and business associates are committed to providing the highest-quality and friendliest service to our patients and physicians.

Our services include:

Diagnostic imaging, Mammography, Angiography, Ultrasound, CT scan (computerized tomography), Nuclear medicine, MRI (magnetic resonance imaging).

Castle Medical Center’s Laboratory offers a full spectrum of laboratory services to meet your clinical needs.

Castle’s physical therapists are valuable members of your health care team. They have graduated from an accredited university with either a master’s or a bachelor’s degree, and have taken their licensure examinations in the state of Hawai‘i to practice therapy. Castle hires only the most qualified, dynamic therapists to provide services to our patients.

Physical therapy services are provided to patients at Castle Medical Center, through Home Care services, and in the outpatient Performance and Rehabilitation Centers in Kailua and Kane‘ohe.
