Founded in 2001 by Hani Zidan and Raed Zidan and based in Indianapolis, ZMG specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of multi-family apartment and town home complexes in the Midwest. ZMG currently owns and manages about 4,000 apartment units with a total market value in excess of two hundred million dollars.

Through careful planning and ongoing review, ZMG has grown tremendously – from managing 96 units with revenues of $438,000 in 2002 to managing approximately 4,000 units with revenues of nearly $27,000,000 in late 2005. From their first project which saw a $1,700,000 increase in market value in the first 8 months (while increasing occupancy from 40% to 100%) to the more recently acquired 1,500 units near Notre Dame University which increased in value by $35,000,000 in less than a year, ZMG has shown continued success. ZMG has earned a reputation for increasing revenues and decreasing costs to produce improved asset values. To help fuel such dramatic growth, ZMG maintains a highly effective asset management team encompassing the areas of accounting, human resources, and property operation. ZMG has extensive knowledge and experience in asset management including acquisition, due-diligence, and debt/equity finance structuring. Property management expertise includes lease-up, expense control, and major rehabilitation. Our apartment communities are self-sufficient and fully staffed with on-site management, leasing, and maintenance personnel. State-of-the-art software ensures that all properties and employees have up-to-date information available at their fingertips allowing for the most effective asset management possible.
