Founded in 2001 by Hani Zidan and Raed Zidan and based in Indianapolis, ZMG specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of multi-family apartment and town home complexes in the Midwest. From their first project which saw a $1,700,000 increase in market value in the first 8 months (while increasing occupancy from 40% to 100%) to the more recently acquired 1,500 units near Notre Dame University which increased in value by $35,000,000 in less than a year, ZMG has shown continued success.
