CENTENNIAL PEAKS HOSPITAL

Our clinical staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond promptly to calls regarding treatment. Assessments may be scheduled any time. During the assessment a licensed therapist or registered nurse will help to identify presenting problems and match individual needs with an appropriate level of care. Adult Services:

Mental health and chemical dependency problems impact the home, work and family life of many adults. Centennial Peaks Hospital offers a confidential, caring environment that promotes crisis resolution, positive self-awareness, coping skills and personal growth.

Problems we address may include:

suicidal feelings/thoughts; extreme anger and/or dangerous behavior; anxiety/panic attacks; schizophrenia; depression; hallucinations/delusional thinking; phobias; bipolar disorder

physical/sexual abuse; alcohol/drug dependency with or without psychiatric diagnosis.

Adolescent Services:

Mental health and chemical dependency problems impact the home, school and social lives of many adolescents. Centennial Peaks Hospital offers a confidential, caring environment that promotes crisis resolution, positive self-awareness, social skills and personal growth. We offer adolescents a range of program options so they are able to benefit from the most appropriate level of care. Adolescents can be moved between programs as necessary, always with doctor approval.
