Our goal at Champlin Shores Senior Living Community is to meet each resident's individual needs while maintaining the highest level of choice, dignity, privacy, and respect--all in a homelike atmosphere.

Assisted living at Champlin Shores is designed for senior adults who wish to maintain their independent lifestyle but may need some additional assistance to do so.

Because we at Champlin Shores value this time-tested connection people have with their pets, we invite you to have your small pet live with you at our community. We want you to smile, laugh, and feel good! We accept most small pets, and have minimal deposit requirements to make the necessary accommodations.

In addition to the Basic Services, additional levels of Personal Assistance are available and tailored to meet each resident's specific needs. Residents will be assessed prior to move-in and regularly thereafter, to determine which level of care is needed. Additional charges apply based on the Personal Assistance services provided.
